Click the "Follow" button on the "Service Status & Current Interruptions" page to subscribe to 'new articles' posted in this section and receive alerts in your email inbox when status update is posted. Manage your Section subscriptions in the "My requests" tab located in the top right, then select "Following".

Web: There are currently no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream web player.
Mobile: There are currently no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream iOS & Android apps.
Roku Beta: There are no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream beta channel for Roku. Currently Roku Beta is only available for a select number of schools. See the complete list. Other universities will launch in mid June.
DVR: DVR is working as expected for all universities, except schools in Michigan and Minnesota.
- The Detroit and Twin Cities regions are currently experiencing issues where recordings are not completing in full and may be missing several minutes from a show or getting errors during playback. This issue is continuously being worked on. No estimated time for resolution has been given.
Video On Demand: There are no reported issues with Video On Demand content.
Premium Upgrades: There are currently no reported issues for premium channel upgrades.
