Web: There are currently no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream web player.
Mobile: There are currently no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream iOS, Android & Kindle apps.
Roku Beta: The XFINITY Stream Beta channel for Roku is working as expected. However, users may experience a problem where after 24 hours of no use, the customer is returned to the "Get Started" page and asked to reauthorize the device. This issue is being investigated by our Roku app development team.
Xi3 STB (Pilot): Most Xi3 boxes are back up and running. If you are receiving an error, please try to reboot the device. If that still does not solve the problem, please submit a ticket to our team to investigate.
Live TV: There are a few live TV channels missing from school lineups, most of them in premium packages. Our support team is performing a month long audit to ensure these are backup and running as soon as possible. If you notice a channel missing that you're expecting to see, please open a ticket and we will prioritize the restoration of that channel(s). Our team is also moving to an automated channel lineup manager that will be changing lineups for all schools. This fall we will begin with the schools in the northeast. We anticipate this will fix any issues with any remaining missing channels as well as the ability to quickly removing and add new channels. Thank you for your patience while work to get all channels back online.
DVR: DVR is working as expected for all universities. Detroit and Twin Cities regions are showing 80-90% success rate of DVR recordings and playback of recordings.
Video On Demand: There are no reported issues with Video On Demand content.
Premium Upgrades: There are currently no reported issues for premium channel upgrades.
TV Everywhere or 3rd-party Apps (i.e. HBOgo, CNNGo, NBC Sports, Fox Now, etc.): We are currently investigating an issue with users not being able to login with 3rd party TVE apps. Users may get the below error messages after attempting to login. "Create XFINITY On Campus Profile, Invalid or expired token."
