If after clicking "Watch Now" and the XFINITY Stream player is not able to load, you may see this error message.
To resolve this issue:
- In a separate tab in your Chrome browser, in the address bar, type
- Select Add under Allowed Sites and add tv.xfinity.com
- Go back to the previous tab and select the Refresh button. The XFINITY Stream player should now load.
- Note: If you ever, reset your browser to factory settings you will need to reenable this.
The XFINITY Stream player will be moving to HTML5 in early 2018 and after that this should no longer be an issue after that transition.
