Error code: FEDX10001 - "We are unable to determine your campus residency."
The FEDX10001 error occurs when XFINITY On Campus thinks you don't live in on-campus housing. XFINITY On Campus is a service provided only to students living in on-campus housing as part of their residence fees.
The XFINITY On Campus support team is unable to fix this, only your student help desk or IT department can correct this as they are the ones who mark your account as either an on-campus or off-campus resident.
If you do in fact live in on-campus housing and are receiving this error, your account is currently not set properly or missing the required information. Ask them to verify your account has the correct housing attribute to be flagged as an on-campus resident.
