- Were you watching a live channel? On Demand channel?
- What network or channel were you watching?
- What show and episode were you watching?
- Did the error occur with a scheduled or saved cloud DVR recording?
Please describe what you were doing up until you saw the error. Also, include your school, your preferred contact email address & your school account/username you use to login to watch XFINITY On Campus.
