Cable Service or Ethernet Issues

XFINITY ON Campus is an IPTV streaming television service. 

Cable Issues: Some campuses have both options available to students and others only have XFINITY On Campus IPTV. If your campus offers a cable TV option from the coax outlet on the wall to a TV, and you're having issues or need help with the service, setup or connection, you MUST contact your student help desk, maintenance or IT department at your school. We are unable to offer any support for cable as the boxes are distributed and maintained by your university and potentially may require building maintenance to assist.

Ethernet Issues: For issues with Ethernet ports, modems, routers or campus Wi-Fi strength, you will need to reach out to your student help desk as these issues are specific and different for every school.
