Error 100

Error 100 has a few meanings whether you're live streaming, watching an in-progress recording or playback of a completed recording. 

  • In-Progress Recording: If you see Error 100 during a playback of an in-progress recording, we would like you to perform the troubleshooting steps first including verifying that you're connected to your campus network. If the error code appears after attempting playback again, we suggest waiting until after the recording has completed and retry. 
  • Playback of Completed Recording: If you see Error 100 during a playback of a completed recording, we would like you to perform the troubleshooting steps first including verifying that you're connected to your campus network. If the error code appears after attempting playback again, it means the recording manager failed and unfortunately the recording will not work. We suggest trying to catch the episode or movie when it becomes available on On Demand. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • Live Streaming: If you see the error during live streaming, we would like you to perform the troubleshooting steps first including verifying that you're connected to your campus network. The streams had an issue and were interrupted and therefore failed. If the issue persists and you are still seeing the error after performing the troubleshooting steps, please include the information requested below in a ticket.
