If you get Error 102100.5 while trying to stream a recording that is still in-progress, please wait for the recording to complete before attempting to play back the recording.
If you get Error 102100.5 when trying to view a saved DVR recording, it means that there was an issue between the scheduler and the recording manager and recording was never started.
Unfortunately, this means that your recording will not be able to be watched at any point. You can delete this recording to clear space for future recordings. We suggest trying to find the episode or show on On Demand which could take 12-24 hours to appear.
