XFINITY On Campus only allows users to stream video to one device at a time. There can be up to a five to ten minute delay when switching between devices and you are able to have up to forty devices saved to your account.

Clearing your browser cache from every device and browser that you've logged into is very important. Also resetting your browser to factory settings.
If you are still encountering issues and would like us to delete and remove ALL devices from your account to start fresh, please submit a ticket to our support team.
