Web: There are currently no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream web player.
Mobile: There are currently no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream iOS & Android apps. The TV Everywhere app of Fox Sports Go is currently down due to changes needing to be made on their login page.
Roku: There are no reported issues for the XFINITY Stream beta channel for Roku. Currently Roku is only available for a select number of schools. See the complete list. Other universities will launch on June 1st.
DVR: DVR is working as expected for all universities, except schools in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Minnesota.
- The Detroit and Twin Cities regions are currently experiencing issues where recordings are not completing in full and may be missing several minutes from a show or getting errors during playback such as 102100.5, 106000.5, 102100.33, 102100.43, and 102100.44. This issue is continuously being worked on. No estimated time for resolution has been given.
- Additionally, issues are currently being investigated for the Chicago Region including schools in Indiana and Illinois. DVR Recording and Playback has been failing at higher than normal rates. Our engineering teams are actively working on providing a resolution as soon as possible.
Video On Demand: There are no reported issues with Video On Demand content.
Premium Upgrades: There are currently no reported issues for premium channel upgrades.
